Lockdown lifted at Connecticut school, no proof of gunshots Sep 4th 2013, 16:55 Wed Sep 4, 2013 12:22pm EDT (Reuters) - An elementary school in Norwalk, Connecticut, was on lockdown after reports on Wednesday of shots fired in the area, an official with the Norwalk Police Department said. The school is the Cranbury Elementary School, said the police official, who declined to be identified by name.
