Wisconsin-Madison students urged to stay indoors after shots fired Sep 19th 2013, 01:41 MILWAUKEE | Wed Sep 18, 2013 9:18pm EDT MILWAUKEE (Reuters) - The University of Wisconsin-Madison asked students to "shelter in place" on Wednesday evening following a report of shots being fired near the campus, according to an alert posted on the university's website. The university said in the alert that police were searching for a suspect last seen heading toward university residence halls.
