CVR Wynnewood, Oklahoma refinery blast kills one: local media Sep 29th 2012, 02:57 HOUSTON | Fri Sep 28, 2012 10:47pm EDT HOUSTON (Reuters) - One person was killed in an explosion late on Friday at CVR Energy Inc.'s 70,000 barrel per day (bpd) Wynnewood, Oklahoma, refinery, according to local media reports. Another person was injured in the explosion, according to KOCO-TV in Oklahoma City.
