Credit: Reuters/John Gress Mon Apr 22, 2013 12:25am EDT (Reuters) - Citgo Petroleum Corp reported a flare gas compressor shutdown on Sunday at its 167,000 barrel-per-day refinery in Lemont, Illinois, according to a filing with the National Response Center. There could be a potential release of carbon dioxide and a mixture of gases, the filing said. The company is the U.S. refining subsidiary of Venezuela's national oil firm Petroleos de Venezuela S.A.
